People find it strange that as a pad brat I have lived all over the world and country. I can`t imagine living in one town all my life, but I guess thats because I don`t know any different, maybe why I joined up too. My Father is now out of the Army and they have brought a house in Lincolnshire and have been there for about 3years now and my mums getting itchy feet, wanting to move on already LOL. Have any of you lived in the same time for ALL your life/or where you were born? Or have you moved around like me? For an Example. I was born in Lincoln and since then I have lived in, Colchester,Germany,Oldham,Manchester,Grantham,Warminster,Cyprus and Chepstow. Since joining the RAF, have lived at RAF Halton, RAF Brize Norton and now RAF Lyneham. Will be interesting to hear about other people. xx

I was born in Lincoln too! I left after my sister died to be near her children. Her husband was in the RAF so they had moved around a bit. That was how I came to live in Huntingdon. But I met my now husband who lived here in Southport so I had to move again. But this is where I plan to stay now.

Kerry What do you say when people ask 'Where do you come from?' My mum still lives in the house where I was born but since marrying I've lived in several houses here and others in Cyprus and Germany. My children were born in 3 different places so it's just as well that I'm recording it all for later generations.

I've lived in Milton Keynes all my life (apart from a few months living in OXford), but it's been in a state of constant change here, so I gues sthats helped make it a bit more interesting.

Lisa went past it last week but can't for the life of me remember what it is called, my sister lives near there. We used to live in Blackbrook road, off Highlands road from 1962-1967 (before your time). our daughter started school in that area. Ann Glos
