Gillain, I haven't read all the replies to this but I would like to say that yes Gaynor and Jack are very special people (well they are to me anyway) but there are also alot of unsung heroes on this site that have proved that when the chips are down, they can be relied upon!! Jack you know that your replies and letters to me are also stamped and in the kitchen drawer soon it will be full to overlowing of kindness and love and it will all jump out and run around my house sitting in all the nooks and crannies and will have to start a scrap book of all your lovely words - touch of the patience strong - remember my hug for your Mom x and a squeeze for you also!! |

Gillian, thank you. I only signed up to genes after reading the responses to my mums initial cancer thread. I was completely humbled by the replies and the love and support that was given by so many wonderful people. I am very proud to be my mothers daughter and proud to be a member of this site. Gillian you are right, these are two wonderful people. I have the luck of knowing them personally, and they never ceased to amase me. Even though they need supporting themselves at present, they still manage to lend their support to others who need it, not many people would be able to do that. I wish you luck with your operation, i'm sure everything will go well and i hope you have a speedy recovery.
