Now that the question for the referendum on the European Constitution has been published. Which way will you be voting?

Bob

I would be interesting in hearing why people wouldn't say YES to the referendum?

I will be voting No on the information I have at the moment. But if the result is a rejection I fully expect to be asked to vote again and again until the result is "Yes". However, if the result is "Yes" that will be binding for all time.

The question on its own is meaningless, unless we get the wording of the Eurpean Constitution to go with it, so we can make an informed opinion. Val

Is this an informal referendum, on behalf of the govt? We didn't agree with the war on Iraq so why should they take any notice of us on the EU? Notice how our ex-politicians find lucrative jobs in the EU? Neil Kinnock never looked back! Most of his family have been milking it in Brussels, what a good job he 'blew' it for Labour when they were poised to govern under his leadership! Tony will no doubt have his next job lined up - in Brussels! Cynical voter

I am not one of the smartest people around but who elected the Labour Party into office. Why not the opposition? I always feel let down by the party in office, no matter who, mainly because I never understand what they actually stand for. It is never clear cut, and I suppose once elected, they can do what they want. If a coalition worked for us during the war, why can't it work all the time. Derek in France
