Find Living Relatives

Hi, I am looking for my birth brother, we were both adopted and I got very little info from my adoption file.
My brother was born Robert Westwood, dob 20/02/1955 in Dudley/sedgley, birth registered at Rowley Regis.
My file said he was adopted by our birth mothers Sister a Mrs Bills but as our mother was also adopted but was in touch with her birth family I am not sure who Mrs Bills was.
Our Mother was Betty Westwood she was aged 20yrs when we were adopted in 1955 so guess she was born around 1935. My birth name was Christine Westwood dob 26/10/1952 thankyou in advance for any info anyone may find,
I will be popping back several times a day to see if there are any replies, I understand this is a busy time of year so will patiently wait for any respones.

Thankyou all, I am new to all of this so may take me time to decipher it all.
The reason I think that it is all vague is because mine and Roberts father was Betty’s adopted father his name was Sidney Lawson Westwood he died in 1955 I think aged 56 I don’t know Betty’s birth name as her mother divorced and was re married when Betty was back in touch with her.

You have to be registered in the district where you were born. You said he was born in Dudley, so he can't have been registered in Rowley Regis.

Thankyou, and Yes I understand what you are saying but I was born in Dudley but registered in Rowley Regis. The boundaries have changed since then so that may be why.
At the time of our birth Dudley was in Staffordshire but is now West Midlands.
