Yet another PM!

Hi, that is correct it is the Grandfather they cannot find any where other than on my friends fathers b/cert (Robert L), it is he that changed the name for some reason to Hornby , They moved to Leicestershire in the late 40/50's which is where i live.
Apparently when he was alive he would not speak about why the name was changed for some reason, it was never spoken about as so many other things at that time, but oh dear have i found out so much doing my family trees!!.

The couple from the marriage above travelled to Canada in 1920. On the Canada, Ocean Arrivals (Form 30A), if it's the same person, Louise gives her age as 39 (b1881) and nearest relative as Mother- Mrs Wilkins, Leicester,
