The census all relate to me except Alice as she was in Lincoln 1911 at Larks Lane which is were my Mum in law said was the only place she lived.
Ive sent for a birth certificate with just name date and parents names but no registration details . Don't know what I'm hoping for but fingers crossed. I already have the birth certificate for that Alice Boulton Kay but thank you. I also have one for Alice Wheildon born 1899 that I sent for. Annie x

I don't see anything else regarding the school record, thought this might be related?

William, labourer, 9 Williamson Street was fined 5s for not sending his child regularly to school: John Boulton, labourer, 24 Larklane was fined 6s for a similar offence.

a posbbile mis-transcribed surname.?

yes thank you . I showed everything to my Mum in law and we both agreed that the school admission is a good bet . we found a birth in Derby for Alice Boulton and we are going to send for that certificate
