No- the ages for adults (over 15) in the 1841 census were supposed to be rounded down to the nearest 5 years, hence why it looks as though they are all the same age. (although I have seen some 1841 census for my own family where they were just rounded up or down to the nearest 5)

im also a little bit confused.
If this is the same couple ( williams parents) it looks like they had quads? of which my relative was one but the william doesnt match up with the previous source- not unheard of I know but quads is so rare

thanks so far- this is fantastic. I got the census returns for 1851 and Lucy's birth but couldn't find anything earlier especially William's birth etc.
