Graham Norton commentates for hte UK these days. Not quite up to Wogan's sarcasm level yet but he is getting there!

Let's vote for a home-grown presenter. Jeremy Clarkson, who is currently receiving JSA, might be considered.

I have always liked Eurovision but, after last year, I LOVE it.

My youngest turned 21 last April and for her birthday, she asked to go to the contest in Copenhagen.
Went to 2nd semi final and the final

So camp and fun. It was the best thing ever. and we even met Graham Norton!
( he was on our flight back!)

I wish I was going to Vienna this year but my now 22yr old Eurovision Fan has her final exams

:-( :-( :-( :-(

Ahh GL wish I could have gone!

I'm turning 43 in a couple of months, wanna send me to Vienna? :-D

I've watched it on and off for years, but in the last ten years or so I have become really quite an obsessive fan!

The BBC its all about the BBc bring back Clarkson

Guinevere

Guinevere Report 24 Apr 2015 05:45

I didn't realise Clarkson had entered Eurovision. Let's hope he doesn't thump an assistant if he gets hungry and sulky.

Dermot

Dermot Report 24 Apr 2015 13:46

Clarkson appears to be receiving more sympathetic press coverage than Farage.

It's good for the media to get priorities in the correct order. A shame neither one is a potential Eurovision winner.

Guinevere

Guinevere Report 24 Apr 2015 14:18

Both miserable specimens deserving no sympathy whatsoever.

Nicky 'n' Steve

Nicky 'n' Steve Report 24 Apr 2015 19:03

Oi how did Clarkson find his way into my Eurovision thread? :-0 :-P :-D :-D :-D

Dermot

Dermot Report 24 Apr 2015 19:09

Well, I doubt if Farage would want the job anyway just because the word 'Euro' is in the programme's title.

Nicky 'n' Steve

Nobody ever blames the song's composer for failures.
