I used to use a car wash when I was working in sales and doing up to 1000 miles a week.
When retired I cleaned the car myself. Now I'm a real oldie I go to one of the car washes that a lot of Eastern Europeans it seems set up ,at least around our area and they spray and shampoo and leather it all for a fiver.no damage to aerials, windscreen wipers etc and it saves me the job.
They clean all the wheels as well..perfect!

We have a team like that in our local Sainsburys' car park, Brenda.

Because I like the inside of the car clean, that is what gets done regularly. I have been known to take it for a valet occasionally as there is a team set up in a unit near here.

We have occasionally been through the auto car wash, me as passenger. I don't like it, yes Allan it makes me feel as if the car is moving so I shut my eyes. Glasgow girl oh goodness, maybe we won't use one again then.
