I gave in and joined FB last night just to see what GR was saying on its "Wall"

one last attempt before going to bed to contact GR has succeeded, by pm through Contact


Lesson ...... do NOT include any email address(es) in the body of the text, even their own, or it will be turned back


even using their email address to demonstrate that one has been using the correct address is apparently verboten!

I gather it's been iffy all day ................... but as I only arrived on here at about 4 pm UK time, I can't vouch for before then

I do know that ....

I cannot send a pm to Support through Contact Us

I cannot use their email account ........... any emails get refused as

"The following message to was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'Blocked'"


even using the personal address that Estelle gave me the other day comes back with the same message.



took me ages to post anywhere, when the site was working that is!

Like that 'freebie records offer' for a couple of hours, or whatever it was they offered one afternoon last week, took me all of that to find anything, lol. Hope the 'Advisors' fare better, perhaps that 's why they allow up to 5 days for queries to be answered! :-)) and that's if the site is working, it's been 'iffy' tonight!.
