Oh! I'm so sorry, Ann, I've made a mistake, the baptisms were on the same page and when I looked at the original I put the birth dates beside the wrong names. Frederick was born 7 Jan 1881 and William 2 Jan. 1885. I'll change them on my post. Sorry!

Thank you very much Margaret,
I have just found the Marriage, Baptism you posted. I didn’t know about William, he wasn’t on the 1881 census yet he was Born 7 Jan. 1881 & Frederick was Born 2 Jan. 1885? Was there a mix up in the census? It is very odd that they are not in the 1891 census, if both parents had died the children should show up, I know Leonard who was a boarder in the Highwood household married & had children he, died young.

Hi Margaret,
Yes Susan's Stephens married Leonard Cooper sen, her father was George Stephens, So she's not the Susan Wilkins who married Charles Cooper in 1875, that was another Susan.
Now I am wondering if my Susan died & the children went to a relation?
thank you .
Ann

I'm confused now, Ann! You say that Susan's father was George Stephens? So she's not the Susan Wilkins who married Charles Cooper in 1875 and then Charles Flower in 1884? She had children Frances Cooper born 1878 and Frederick born 1881.

I wonder what happened to Susan born 1866/7 & Frederick born 1881 age 2 months in the census. Their mother Susannah/Susan father was Geoege Stephens who was deceased at the time of her marriage on the 22 November 1874 to Leonard Cooper [sen].
