im not definite of the date around 1878, he had children jack, lilly, maggie, dont know his wifes name as this was his first marriage |

this is my nans dad john dobbie as i said before he was married before he was with my nans mum, i only knew of son john from my nan but i was told the recently about another 2 lilly and maggie. i dont know what happened if his first wife died or divorced but he had my nan to a norah baker in nov 1928 they had three children together he died around 1939 1940 sorry if im confusing you! |

Other than the WW2 death that Flick found there are no other deaths in WW2 for a John Dobbie, and that includes civilians, listed on the CWGC site |
