This could be the 7 days cooling off period he was on about but it would appear he has tried to use records

We now have to give people a 7 day cooling of period if they order glasses in their own home.

We will not order them now until the cooling off period has passed unless a waiver is signed if they are wanted urgently. It is to with double glazing and insurance type sales and people signing into contracts they do not understand.

Can you imagine asking the hairdresser to come and cut your hair but calling up within 7 days to say you have changed your mind and could she put it all back and give you your money back?

As the person from GR said we do not do free trials he should of gone to FMP or Ancestry for one of those.

Although there is a post on FMP page where someone opted for the trial and they took the money straight away...

I wonder if he thought he would take up the subscription download all the records he wanted and then cancel the subscription before the cooling off period expired not realising for the refund to be given he should not have used it
