	am now slowly putting together the story of my Aunt Edith's death and funeral ............... C even phoned the vicar of Aunt's church for me, and got the date of the service. now to compose the letter to her nephew .......... who seems to have been considered by the neighbours to have done sterling service in taking care of Aunt while she was alive. Very nice to hear that, as I couldn't do anything myself. and possibly think about how to find a will. s xxx

	Lunch will be Soup:- Gazpacho Cream of Tomato Beef Vegetable Salad:- Green salad Cucumber salad Dressings: Oil & Vinegar, Raspberry Vinaigrette Main Course:- Roast beef, with Yorkshire pudding Garlic Mashed Blue potatoes, Roast potatoes Broccoli, white asparagus, carrot and parsnip mash, cauliflower with cheese sauce, sprouts, melange of saute peppers, green peas gravy, white sauce Dessert:- Pecan pie Double chocolate cheesecake Dutch apple pie Icecream Custard, whipped cream Tea, coffee, water Selection of wines from South Africa enjoy! s xxx
