Certificates can be bought online from the GRO

www.gro.gov.uk

You will need to register with a password, etc but once you've done that you can order.

Remember to click that you know what the GRO reference is.

The GRO details you will need to enter are

Year - 1873
Certificate type - marriage
Name - Thomas Tuck
Registration district - Bedwelty
Quarter - Jan-Mar
Vol No - 11a
Page No 101

This will cost £9.25 and should take 7-10 days to arrive.

Once you have the father's name and occupation from the certificate it will be easier to trace the family in the census.
