Just to say i don't know where the "Henry" came from for William's middle name.
The baptism for William King - 25 Feb 1855 Ingoldsby Lincolnshire that Mel gave you is correct.
I too have been confused by the census records sometimes giving different places of birth.
Where i live Grantham is near Nottingham.
The postal address today for Ingoldsby is:
Ingoldsby, Grantham, Lincolnshire. So this probably explains why sometimes the census records state Lincolnshire or Grantham, Nottingham as place of birth.

I think this is probably William King's birth in the BMD index:
William King b.Mar 1855 v7a p.388 Grantham - Leics/Lincs

Oh just one more Christening and it looks like she may have been a love begot child.

Barbara If they said they were not born in the parish in which they lived they could not claim parish releif if on hard times. They were sent back to where they came from if they needed releif. Old question too "Where are you from?"
