Hi Michelle
Unfortuntely the 1911 is the last available census until the 1921 is released in 9 or 10 years. You may have some luck with the electoral roll depending on the time frame you are looking for and where.
To order birth, marriage and death certificates order through the GRO on-line. You will need to register on the site but that only takes a couple of minutes and is only needed once. Each certificate costs £9.95 and you will need a credit or debit card. Or you can order through the local council for the area. A quick call to them should provide you with all the information you need on how and where to order and the cost.
A word of warning. Never order from anywhere else on-line. Only use the GRO or the council. Some places charge sky high prices and it is a rip off.
Hope this helps.
