My grandmother was my grandfathers first wife they had four children Leslie(my father)Cicelia,Beatrice and Margaret . Leslie being the elder born in 1907 they were born and lived in Brighton, About 1915 my grandmother left with a doctor one of my aunts thought she had died around 1926, I would like to find out if she married again.

What was her first married name?

Do you have your grandfather's second marriage certificate as it might state if he was a widower - as she may have died rather than married again?

When was Margaret born? Not seeing her birth on FreeBMD.

Yeah Rose - very curious - found Beatrice but not sign of a birth for Margaret.

No likely deaths for a Lily E Williams in 1926 - only one but the age is out by quite a bit.

Possible birth for Margaret - from a PM from Leslie who says she was a Peggy.

Don't have a clue why she had Peggy in Chertsey maybe she had already left perhaps something to do with the war, or even something to do with the elusive doctor!!!!!!!!

Hi Regarding marriages in Lancashire, Leslie A G Williams married Amy Taylor c August 1930 Bolton, Cicelia married Tom Nixson c 1926 I think Ormskirk, Beatrice married Tom Kerr c 1930's probabley Ormskirk also as they all lived in Southport then as far as I know. If you have those details I would be grateful as I can't seem to get them up.
