Good morning Ann

Thank you for your replies. I have established that Richard Cornelius married Mary at Little Chart in 1775 and Richard was from Hougham. It is Mary's family name that is eluding me at present. Hodgsome seems to be unique and does not appear eslewhere than on that record at Little Chart. Albeit the name next to her mark is seeming Hodgham??

Hi there Anthony - there are several variations on the name in Kent - this one is a shot in the dark!!!

The date does not seem too far out. I was hoping to open up the Little Chart index to peruse all births over a defined period??

I've had a go at that on the Mormon LDS site which is free - just put in Little Chart between particular dates and you'll get all who lived there during that time
