I am trying to find my fathers brother his name was Clarence Gordon Ernest Butt Born: 12th January 1923 in Bournemouth

Mother: Marjorie Louise Butt (Nee Robinson)
Father: Ernest Wilson Butt

my father was told his grandparent (Green) took him as a baby
grandparent names were Gertie (Nee Butt) Green, grandfather Joseph Thomas Green.
Even after all this time i still cannot find any details about Clarence have Birth Cert tried to order Death Cert but they want age of death??? Please can anyone help??

Perhaps you should buy the cert as we can't guess who his parents were

I also have tried to find him hitting a brick wall

Not quite understanding the grandparent connection.

Clarence's surname is same as his grandmother's maiden name.

...unless this is Clarence's father who was born before Gertie's marriage ??

In which case Joseph Green was probably not his father.

I am trying to find my grandfather Ernest Wilson Butt Born: 1902 St.Pancras,London.

His mother was Gertrude (gertie) Butt Born: 1883 in Bethnal Green, London
He married Marjorie Louise Robinson in 1922 Bournemouth Dorset, they lived at 2 Julian Terrace, Bournemouth in 1923.

There first son was Clarence Gordon Ernest Butt born: 1923 (this son also cannot be found), second son is Anthony Wilson Butt born: 1925 in kent my father.

This is very kind of you, could you please try to find info on my fathers brother his name is Clarence GE Butt born 1923 christchurch sussex mother was Marjorie Louise Butt nee Robinson father was Ernest Wilson Butt.
My g/parents where in service and as far as we know from gran Clarence was taken by her husbands parent as they could not keep him and she only see him one more time at a few months old. Ihave no details of the grandparents.

thanks for all this work you have re-applied the reason i deleted it was a lot of the info answered was what i was looking for.
which i thanked people for there time and effort.

I then re applied the info i am looking for regarding Clarence solo as i have been trying for a long time and thought maybe if there was new people on this sight just one might know something or could lead me down another path

you seem to have completely missed the point cascove ?

you have had people spend time researching the same thing multiple times

this is unfair and against the rules

deleting the work people have done and letting others repeat it ...........

new people will see an old thread if you simply add a new post to it

you can't do that if you have deleted it
