The 1931 Electoral Roll for the Subdivision of Sandhurst East, State: Bendigo, Commonwealth- Bendigo, shows Leslie Claude Pavey residing at Brick Kiln, Thunder Street, Bendigo and employed as a Labourer.

In the 1936 Electoral Roll for the Subdivision of King, State: King, Commonwealth - East Sydney, Lelsie Claude Pavey is shown as residing at 21 Francis Street and is employed as a pantryman....

I am not sure how Leslie Ross relates to your chap..maybe he was a son or a nephew? On the electoral rolls, Leslie Ross is actually Leslie Ross Claude Pavey

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I am looking for Leslie Claude Pavey. I don't know where the 'Ross' has come from, assume he took it upon himself. He is shown as a Carman on the passenger list so his occupation as Motor driver fits.
Regarding Percival Pavey - I haven't found him with a middle name so I don't think the above is the one I want.
Once again I am astonished at the help I have been given and thank you all very much.
