(EDIT - yes, they're on the 1901 together, just wanted to get it straight in my head)

Do a look up at http://maps.google.com/ for Novar, Ontario, Canada
It's on the Parry Sound/Muskoka boundary - presumably Boundary Rd is the actual county line.

the actually farm addy is Lot 17 Conc 6, but I don't have a concession map for Perry Twp.
Isaac is a Farmer, with pob=O (i.e., Ontario) - in spite of the census header, it's subdistrict 29, not 42.

NB There are concession maps for southern Ont, but they stop short of Muskoka. See
