Although the page of census links I gave earlier does not list AG for 1852, it is gettable via the 1901 AG link.
You'll get a hit headed by something like (exactly like, here):

Home / 1852 / Canada West / Haldimand (county) / 110 Moulton township / p. 3d, 4a, (7) Split view

Now you can click the "split view" link and get an image for the main page (4a), but it's actually followed 3 more pages (4b/c, 4d(/5a) two images).
Usually, they're not too interesting, but...? So to get these look up the header stuff in the LAC geographical link (i.e., district=Haldimand + subdistrict#=110) That way, you can get to the extra pages.
(NB doing the same LAC thing in 1901 gets hits for Sched 1 & Sched 2 - you need to look up Sched 1 first, to get the page & line #s to look up in Sched 2)

1861 is too geeky to explain easily, so I've just given the Stevens hits. This census also has an extra following page which can be gotten by just editting the URLs I give (e.g., changing the final 00301.pdf to 00302.pdf in the first one, etc.).

1861 in Haldimand

http://data2.collectionscanada.gc.ca/1861/pdf/4108073_00333.pdf

You can use the LAC links to search 1871, 1881, 1891 (for Stevens in Monck) - e.g.:
1871 in Monck

The Dominion of Canada was only formed in 1867. Before that, there was a united province of Canada - Ontario/Quebec were then known as Upper/Lower Canada or else as Canada West/East depending on year.
