Arthur J Knott on the 1930 census is widowed, and it states he immigrated in 1914 - wonder if that is when he arrived in Canada?? |

Just came across this, I have a feeling Arthur John may have been double counted in the US 1930: |

I think this is his daughter Winifred in 1930: |

The record Flip posted 15 Sep 2013 09:34 looks to be the 1920 census for Arthur & Elizabeth. I notice on that record that Henry Bracken is listed as being the son of the household. No age is given for him but he's old enough to have an occupation (Linen Cutter). He was born California, both parent's listed as from New York. |

Looks like they may have had another child before they split or she died: |

This appears to be Harold in 1940 but I've now idea how he's supposed to be the brother of Kermit Blodgett! |

Did you look at the image MC? The next family listed are called Wallace, including Winifred, who's age fits and she states she is English/Canada - could just be a coincidence though. |

Flip - yes looked at the image but didn't notice the family below! Do you think Harold has been recorded as brother to the wrong family? |

He's clearly with the other household, but I wonder if Winifred gave the details if they were not at home when the census man called? |
