Mo in Kent

Mo in Kent Report 1 Jan 2011 15:19

I just hope it doesn't crease in the cyber hatch Maz.
Don't tell me everyone is suffering from hang overs. We know that Shelly wont have one as she doesn't drink, but if she smelt the barmaids apron she could be hung over from that I suppose.

Thanks Mo,
the pictures are glam.
I've lost the plot on Downton Abbey.
I missed the ending of Midsomer Murders and Downton Abbey had just started.
I fell asleep on the settee after dinner!
I've just made myself a cup of coffee to wake me up!

Talking about hang-overs, there's plenty of Irish Whiskey in Northern Ireland but please do not ask for water!

I'm here Marilyn, just logged on and found the great photos that Mo sent.

Thank you Mo, they're lovely, looks like you were all having a good time. The girl (in the black strapless dress) standing behind Roly looks like you.

Marilyn, what site has those marriages? I've got plenty to find from 1516 onwards.

Pat, you were our 'first foot', are you tall, dark and handsome, and did you bring a piece of coal with you?

I didn't see you there Dermot, you sneaked in while I was typing.

Edit: Mind you, my typing is so slow that a herd of elephants could sneak in.

Thank you for the Pictures Mo they are great. Marilyn have a great holiday .

I am in a state of shock at the moment. I went to my youngest son. for
dinner had a lovely time spent with three of my Grandchildren. on the way home my son stopped the car and told me had had some realy bad news to give me. the family hadtalked about this a week ago when they found out. they didnt want to spoil my Christmas, My Eldest son Mike a Paramedic had cancer he has a large Lump in his Kidney he is to have big operation soon they said his other lung is good so they can do this operation he will be three months at least before he can work again.(mine isin the Kidney but they cannot operate as my other Kidney is damaged ) so I know what he is going through.
His daughter is getting married this year a big wedding so he must be worried about that. He and his wife seperated two years ago .
I am devestated I am so full up. I dont understand why this is all happening to my family.
I have to log off now.
Love
Rita

Rita .....thats soooooo Sad,

What can I say ?.....but I'm sure the medical team will do their best for him, lucky he has another kidney. Never mind Rita don't go worrying because you will make yourself ill, just think he will be operated on very soon .
Let us know and I'll light a candle when I go to Church ....Maybe his daughter will hold the wedding off for a while , or if its the end of the year better still.

Shelly I will send you that Web Site .....

Just when you think things couldn't get any worse......they do.

Thoughts and prayers with you and your family.

Rita, how very sad. Thats what families do. They try and protect each other, especially when there is Christmas or a family gathering.

Kidneys are funny old things, we can all survive on one. There are marvellous treatments. Be positive all will be well.

I shall say one for your son. Try not to worry too much. You will make yourself ill.

Marilyn, gave a good holiday, and wish Pete well.

Big hugs to you both.
