PRE-1912 MARRIAGE RECORDS

Have any of you noticed that Genes Reunited have discontinued giving you a choice of potential Marriage Mates with their pre-1912 Marriage Records. |

With freebmd's you can search a specific quarter, you can search as many years as you wish in one go, (Provided their are not too many results) you can do a Phonetic search of surnames ( useful when a name has different spellings) you have different options as to format when you want to see the actual index image, You can search images that have not been transcribed yet, they have scanned images upto 1984? and you can do much more |

You have to click on the blue number at the side of the record...then you get other names |

When it gives you his name, click on the page number, that will then list all people on that same page number |

I have some rellies, born in Scotland, who moved to Northumberland.... I can find their children's names (possibly) for marriages, but the year is too early to see the spouse :-( |
