Not too bad here. I think it will improve but right now the temperature is just right for me - warm but a little bit overcast - just what I like :-D

Very hot here :-0 I schlepped along to the Post Office and back, and I cannot cool down :-(

I have been awake since 5.30 as usual, and had a frozen hot water bottle last night :-0

So glad I don’t have to go out to work.

The temp dropped just half a degree when I came down and opened the door and windows on the cooler side but is now back up to the same temperature.

Dreading this afternoon when the sun come round to the sitting room side.

I bought a cooling scarf a few years ago, dug it out yesterday and wetted it just before lunch - think it’s about time to do it again.

Yesterday, the heat was horrendous here in Yorkshire, but today it is only 21 degrees and cloudy, which is a great relief

A lot of hours spent waiting around to see various people at hospital again yesterday.
There can't be many more tests they can give me, so why not re-order some of the previous ones ? :-0.... oh and take yet more blood.
They are very thorough !
