OMG....she's done it agin.......:>))) Just sittin here on puter eatin me lunch...and Madam ( Barb ) passes me in the kitchen going...YES...YES...YES....with big smile on the dial. Thought she musta had some muscle'y young bloke locked up in her salon....lol After she calmed down, i said what's the YES.YES.YES for. She just picked up a $1,000 bucks on a SMS comp for Smarties, Kit Kat, Areo, or Minties wrapper. Nestle & Allens is giving a $1,000 a day comp, if you SMS the barcode on ya mobile phone or sumptin, but you gotta have the bar code to prove it. Barb says.....Entry form is at Coles, and valid to the 6th Sept. I wondered why she was eatin sooooo much Chocolate on the plane flight.....now i know.....lol Then she gave me the Phone bill, as my present....:>((((( Talk about a tinnie bum. Well better go back to work......someone's gotta put in the hard yards.....:>((((( Think its Gewnda to buy our normal Lotto for this weekend. I also agree with everyone else about the extra Lotto. Av a good un. Tony Oz...:>)))) |

Okay, so it's agreed. Those who buy 10 lines of Lotto in honour of Wattle Day, any if anyone of those wins, then it will only be those who bought the 10 lines who will share in that prize. Sounds fair to me. And for goodness sake Tony, let Barb buys yours, lol. Lunch went very well and our Ruby has grown heaps in the month she has been in the UK, but she still recognised her Aunty Lew which was nice. Lots of smiles and giggles and other 'interesting' conversation noises. Four month olds are oh so cute. MMmmmm, suspect plants going in retirement village! MARY, what have you been up to?????? You've only just moved there, lol. Lew lew xxx |

Good grief Tony - your Barb is so tinnie - bet she doesn't just take the wrapper off and leave the choccie for later - guess it would be too easy to know what choccie was what. Don't spose she's donating the winnings to the phone bill????? or for that matter the plastic - when it comes :))) Thanks for everyone's hugs and thoughts on the passing of my Aunt - can tell you it was quite a shock to read that she was hospitalised and then a bigger shock when I rang Mum and that's the first thing she tells me. Mum is the only one left now out of 1 boy and 3 girls and at 91 I think it has hit a lot harder as her sister had been in pretty good health for an 87 y.o. Just taking a break from the kitchen - have made lasagne and cannelloni for my boys - daughter not impressed until I said we were having roast for dinner. Still have some meat mixture left over so on her way home she will get me some more shells and then I'll finish putting that altogether. Yes, it's my turn to buy Lotto this week. I will wait until Friday tho so that we are all buying (or most of us) on our special Wattle day. Won't be home until after 6 tho so don't panic that you haven't received your numbers from me. Tassie - hope you're being careful standing on that chair. You've done well with your packing by the sounds of it. Lara - nice to hear from you again - hope you're getting a chance to relax as well as being such a social butterfly and tourist. Back to the kitchen, do some dishes, bring in the washing - which I should be able to put straight away as it has been absolutely beautiful here today - 17 and heading to 20 on Friday -spring is on the way. Catchya later Gwenda 12 sleeps to NY |

Thats my Waffle for the day Anna have you heard of Home icecream it comes from your part of the country and is delivered around the streets direct to the customer, they have just started in our area.? ok bye for now cheers Sandra in the Gong. |

Sandra, you bold hussy - I was shocked to the core that you gave the finger to the taxi driver - don't worry, I would have done the same. .. I had a huge 4WD behind me this morning on the way down the mountain - closer than a car's width. .. Twice I braked for no apparent reason (other than to make him aware), and he backed off a bit. .. So impatient. Gwenda hugs to you and your Mum Mary - wots this about pics of you cavorting in the pool, and why didn't I get a copy, hmmmmmmmmmmmm??? I agree totally Lew Lew, 4 months old babies are really cute. Have a great evening all ~~~~~~~~~~~~ to everyone. Jood (oh tinny Barb, would she like to pay my HUGE electricity bill???) |

Arvo. Well, its that time of the day again. V.B time...:>)) Absolutely beautiful day in Malbin. Our Camilia tress are out in full bloom....Red ..Pink...White. The front of our property has 4 large Camilia trees, with the largest standing at 3 metres high by 3 metres width. Every year ( winter )a local nursery bloke knocks on our door to see if we would like him to prune them. Most likely what he means is, can he prune them and re-pot what he takes for his Nursery....more likely....lol Mary. I dinny get one singe Chockie mate...:>(((( Sandra. Good onya mate. Give e'm the old Ozzie salute...lol Gwenda. Sorry to hear about your mums sister, my best wishes to your family. Yes, Barb is the only woman i know who can eat Chocolate and make a profit....LOL But then, she is a business woman, for 40 years now, and very independent. If i dropped dead to-morrow she might come to the funeral.....lol I guess, that's why we are so compatible really. She runs her Business independently, and i run my Business Independently. She does her thing,( no questions asked ) and i do my bloke thing ( no questions asked ) and we meet somewhere in the middle, but she gives me the final say, on major decisions. Soooooooo..( Major decision ).......i think i should get alf that thousand......:>))))))) Pam. More A than Class.....hee hee. O'h yes, she is RC alright, but she makes her own luck. When we were in Singapore this year, we were walking around little China town market. There was a Palm reader sitting reading peeps hands. I'm a bit suss with Crystal balls and fortune tellers, and never had my Palm read before, but Barb was paying, so sat meself down. His name was Tony....Mmmmmm...we off to good start...hee hee He asks me if i want the good news and the bad, or just good. I says, tell me both. He take's my hand and says.....Mmmm you velly lucky fella he says... and i mean velly ,velly lucky..lol You have very long ( sounded like Fishes )......( later i assume he meant Fissures ) Apparently, the longer your Fissure's are the better your luck is? Anyway..he tells me a little bit about myself, some true, some perhaps. Barbs sits down..he tells her a bit about herself.....then looks at me??? He says.....Barb you a little lucky too.( pointing at me ) Tony is bringing you the luck....:>)))) Well, did i get the evil look from Barb....LOL Yes, Barb is lucky................but i have Chi ( Feng Shui )on my side.....and bringing her the luck......hee hee Gawd..... i liked that Tony bloke. One thing he did say, when we were leaving struck me a bit. He said, i think you two should get married???? We never told him we wernt married!!! and Barb was wearing a ring on her left hand ( Engagement ring ) We are engaged, and have been since 1992. Best wishes to all the sickies, and congrats to all the proud Parents at the moment. Tony Oz..:>))) |

I know it's my own fault, - I really need motivation (does anyone know where you can buy that?? tee hee Wunna these days .................. Unlike Barb, I think I'm better at spending money than winning it :) .. But we'se all different Luffy fluck - Wot's this secret message you and Vonny have - I cannot understand it .. lol Jood |

Evening Wattlers Well another room done, 6 plus passage to go. Having a bit of a break tomorrow as I am going to visit a friend with another couple of ladies for her birthday, who now lives in a nursing home, she is 92. I think I could also do with a bit of a break as I have realised I've got muscles where I didnt know I had, they are a bit achy, plus I have to wait for the ladder to get here from the landlord. Mary your pool sounds nice and from what I've read, it sounds like you have had fun in it. Like others have asked, where do I go to see the pics pleeeeeeease? Tony gee Barb really has the lucky touch. As long as her figure doesnt suffer from eating the chockies lol. Laurie I hope you arrived safe and sound in Qld, and didnt get too many bogus police pulling you up lol. Well its an early night for me, A coffee , watch All Saints then bed. Catch you all tomorrow. Cheers Sue |

Gooday Wattlers!! I hope you are all well, not doing too bad meself lately... Had a great week last week.. i did overdo the food and drink quite a bit though.. Went out with the family last Tuesday for a meal etc, then Val from West Wirral came to mine on Thursday to stay over for a few days, and we got together for a meal out and a few drinks with Joyce and Carol.. Then Friday Val and I went to town (Chester) and had a browse around the shops and had lunch and a few more bevvies ...lol.. Saturday of course was the Manchester meet so we met up at the station and went by train... had a brilliant day, there was a Gay Carnival which went passed the place we had our meet in... fantastic atmosphere, the streets were packed... We finally arrived back in Chester around 11.30, a bit worse for wear but happy ... I had another day out with one of my daughters and her girls yesterday for a girly day...shopping and lunch... was the last of the big spenders so now its pull me belt in time...lol... You all take care now and love to all... Anne xxx |
