Jillaroo yes I did see the new person you was talking about, on gen board, I noticed that they have started a BB thread going went and had a peek in but I dont think I will follow it to any great extent. Tony need some pills maybe tomorrow night onwards 5 kids and unless we take 2 cars out we will be stuck at home for a week, not that they are that bad. Cheers Sue

Evening Wattlers. Had a poppy nap ( after me tablets )...:>))) and now a nice Pizza with lots of salami and spices to get the liver and heart burn up and running and in working order. Dont add much to the gen. board these days. Back in 2004 -5 i used to add thread topics every second or third day. Joke threads, Poem threads, Ozzie threads, Pub threads, Football threads and joined in many of other peoples threads, but cant be bothered now days. I found it to time consuming and was neglecting my Family History research, as it is why i joined GC/GR in the first place. The argumentive threads ( and you can tell by the Topic and the thread poster in most cases ) i dont even bother reading. The best way i have found over the years is to totally ignore these nasty threads, and dont respond to them. This way the poster has no idea if you have read his/her thread and cant come back at you with an answer. This to me, is the only way to deal with them. The whole idea of a nasty thread is to get a response. This sucks the person its aimed at right in, and scores points for the thread poster, because he/she knows you have read it. Although, Jeff from Lancs has put up a Poets Pot 2 which i enjoy adding to. I think Anna would enjoy it, as i know she can write a poem or two. Tassie. Now lets see.....was it Purple pills or Pink pills for you? ....or was it orange pills..???. Lew forgot to post me a list on who gets what pills, ( the Duffer ) and if i give the wrong ones out there will be hell to pay. I might have to make a quick phone call to the 'Orion' I'm sure if i ask for HRH Dr.Lew and a Wattie bear, ( who may be slumped over a martooni glass ) they will know who i mean. Jood. I love Google Earth, and use it a lot to find locations around the world for my family history research. Which reminds me......my house roof need respraying...lol Tony Oz...:>)))

Tony noooooo you silly sausage mine are the Brown and Gold striped ones :-)))))))) All this talk of Google Earth makes me sad:-(((((((( we cant access it as our puta programs are toooooo old only running ME. Might have to talk Oh into upgrading. I agree with you Tony on the nasty threads, if no one replies to them they will slip into the dark depths of GR where they cant hurt anyone, and where they belong. Guess we did no good on Lotto :-( Cheers Sue

Hi all, I expect SomeJood is watching tennis as it is very exciting and I can see now what the attraction is, I don't know who to go for Moya or Blake, they're both fantastic. For a change OH and DD and I are all together, DD has been working her little heart out but gets Tues to Fri OFF next week, tomorrow OH gets to sleep in so he's up enjoying this mighty game, icy poles all around and I have finished in the kitchen so going to join them. Horrible smoky day here, not a breath of wind to move it on though, hope they got some firebreaks made today. I heard that Hume Weir is at 3% and Dartmouth at 30%, once it's all gone there is no more.... C U L8ter ~~~~~ Hz
