Well put it this way Gwenda, it didn't cost me to join The site was http://www(.)privatecellar(.)com(.)au/default.asp There are others of course, David Jones Wine Club sells the same wine too. (the storberry stuff) .. It's supposed to be cheaper if you buy it on the net, but then you have delivery charges. .. For me, in the mountains, or to my daughter's place in Bendigo - it is $11.95 I suggest you shop around the different wine cellars http://www(.)google(.)com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls=com.microsoft%3Aen-US&q=wine+cellars+on+line+in+Australia Think its time I went to bed. Night all Jood

Anna I was reading an old WW in Perth about Lauren Newton's wedding and her brother Matthew was posing as if he was the groom. It's gone to his head all this celebrity status, - just like Bert & Patti. I forgot to tell you when I was at the Hopman Cup, and the end of a round, someone from the other side yelled out 'aussie' - and the crowd from the opposite side replied 'oi oi oi' - this went on quite a few times!!! C'mon rise' n shine you guys - its 7:06 - I bin up for ages. Bar-code Barb, enjoy your week of tennis - it looks soooo exciting! Jood

I trust Wattie is behaving himself that was Mr D on the keyboard!. He is bored as he is grounded until his paws heal and is not happy! JA

Judy Report 14 Jan 2007 21:07

Whats Mr D done to hisself now JA??? .. He is a terror when he's outside isn't he !!! Bet the temp is getting colder and colder for Miss Lew, Petee, and Wattie. Only one day left before my sojourn down south. .. Busy meeting today, then a dash down the mountain to return some sandals which were a bit too big for me - 14 days to exchange and I won't be home before then :( Speaking of shoes, Miss Vonny Imelda - my sister heard from a friend in Canberra who said there was a new discount store out near the airport. ..Is that where you went? Good morning Wattlers A lovely sunny day on Botany Bay, just 3 giraffe heads reaching for the sky, and the sky is very busy with planes coming and going from the airport. Dear All, Laurie has kindly pointed me in your direction :o) I am completely stuck on a branch I have found in Tasmania. I've just no idea how I would go about tracing this lineage forward/if I can order certificates from overseas/ what happens if i can't find people on passenger lists/searchable records online (i've tried a few) etc etc. I'd really appreciate some guidance. Thanks, Claire x

Dear Claire, One of the 'resident clever clogs' will eventually turn up and help out. I'm not too hot at this kinda stuff, others have all the equipment with bells and whistles. So don't disappear. Good morning to everyone. I didn't sleep in, just my puter. love yvette x

Morning All Claire, welcome to the thread, Im from Tasmania, and not sure if I can help as Im reasonably new to this family history stuff, and I cant find some shipping details of a couple of my ancestors, but I also dont have paid membership to the sites needed to lookup these things, but if there is anything else I may be able to help with with me being in Tassie, especially if it is in the North of the State, just give me a holla. Well picked up my girls from airport last night and ended up having a late night well after midnight, but it was sooo warm over here, not getting any better today, expecting 28. I see where Vonny and Yvette had children born on the same day, and thier Birthday was yesterday. My eldest has finally turned 18, sometimes I think he is lucky to have made it this far :-)))))) Miss him especially today with him being on the mainland, but we have organised to ring him tonight. The girls didnt get to see him while they was in Vic, but thats a different story. Ok Im going to go and catch up on the rest of the thread since I popped in yesterday. (((((hugs)))))) to Trifley and Ducky, thinking of you both. ~~~~ to all~~~~ Cheers Sue

Arvo Wattlers...:>))) from a sunny Melbum. Mary. Sorry i couldn't help further with your Sidney Page, but could only post what i could find. The Cambridge U.K and the U.S.A post.Without knowing what Country he was born in makes it a very difficult search. Your friend seems to have the marrige Cert.?..... Newport M 11a 444 .......and I'm surprised on the marriage certificate it dosent give at least a Country where Sidney was born, or his mothers maiden name. Hi Claire. Welcome. As Laurie says, put what you know, or what your looking for on this thread, and at the very least someone will have a search for you, if not myself. Only to happy to help if we can. Barbs gone Tennising, and i noticed she took her binoculars.?? She mumbled sumthing about tight butt-ers or sumthing to that affect as she left. Lunch time..:>)) Best wishes to all the sickies. Av a good un. Tony Oz...:>)) the tennis widower..lol

WOOOHOOOOO !!!! Following message just received from the LublyLew Greetings Prinetheth from Way Down South. Have been at sea for 2 days and it has been very, very rough. Wattie and I are fine, but Petee has succumbed to the dreaded sea sickness, as have about 75% of the people on board. But no, not I!!! Strong constitution. Please pass this message on to the Wattlers and also ask them to remove me from their emails for the time being. Will try and chat again with you soon. HRH Dr Lew Lew xxx Trust Lew to outstay the lot of them teeheee luv Laurie

Actually have been extremely relaxed for some time now. must be all the afternoon sleeps. Haven't done anything today either, mmm, lew must have cooked up a really good batch of pills before she went and is not sharing 'em by the sounds of it. What a legend - go girl. love Yvette x

Ok Tony :) the moon, stars and other things celestial is John's province. maybe I will use that fact as bait to lure him off the boat! tell me the best - and cheapest - places to stay. What is the underground camping like? What tourist stuff should we do? Also - have you been to Kangaroo Island?? We are going to Goolwa and I've just discovered that Kangaroo Island is quite close. 'lo L'OZ :) definitely. Some friends of ours have conveniently just moved to SA and they have a large 4 car garage :) Vonny Just checked out the photo's, ta Tony. looks good. actually we went down an opal mine at lightning ridge and I was amazed at how clean the miner kept it. This wasn't a tourist mine but someone John met at the hot springs.
