Great nephew UPDATE...

Well you have all been treasures, thanx to your posative thoughts, and the good work from the hospital, there is finally some good news, Alex is starting to go down the road of recovery, he had to have another op, as the poisen had built up in his stomach, when they opened him up the second time they found an abses about 3 inches long on the inside of his 1st op, they have taken this away now, he has been in for over a week now and all for what should have been a simple apendix op, he seems to be able to stay consious, so once again thanx for all of your support. |

Speedy My mum's brother died from appendicitis in 1943 and only 2 years ago the son of my son's teacher had to undergo emergency surgery. He'd been complaining of tummy ache for a week but she thought he was just whinging. So I do know how serious this is and I am so glad he is on the mend. Best wishes, nell |
