How are you today Grace?

C

I firmly believe that a lot of these people are name collectors.

There's no need to know all about every Tom, Dick or Harry (sorry, R) to flesh out your tree, and know how they lived.

I'm good Sylvia, how are you feeling? Hopefully better every day!

Just having a BIG tidy up of the desk drawers and stuff, I can't believe the amount of rubbish you end up collecting over teh years, so have been merrily shredding away!

LK I would so love to go to that if only they would come to Australia!

LOL Persie, did they have tractors back then :-)

Night night Sylvs. Thank you for breakfast. Just had some Shreddies to start me off and I may even put some aside for lunch if that Dea doesn't snaffle it all. No signs of Gins......so here goes.

Re name collectors.......that's why I couldn't help but post on that thread. It started off being about Hot Matches and then the 'MY tree has umpteen thousand on it' comments began to surface and describing how Hot Matches affected them. Why not just say I have quite a large tree.......and leave it at that? How can one personalise a tree of many thousands anyway? I have mine at a size where I can almost remember who is linked to whom and I feel as though I know them personally.

The medals are brilliant aren't they Persie? I'm so touched that my cousin is going to send them to me. I will be like a small kid waiting for Christmas to arrive :-D

When I get them, and have the proper details, I may ask someone to see if they can access any info on him. I am trying myself first of course! It's just that some of you have the better skills ;-)

Today I am stripping

the bedroom wallpaper.

:-D :-D :-D
