Changing your payment cardIt is not possible to update your credit or debit card prior to your renewal payment being automatically taken.

However, your auto-renewal payment is taken from whichever card you last paid to subscribe with. If your renewal is due in the next couple of weeks and you can see the subscribe link on your homepage then you can click on this and scroll down to the payment section (ignoring the One Click payment section) and enter the details for your new card in the payment boxes. Your subscription will then be renewed from the expiry date (or from the payment date if your subscription has already run out) and that card will be used for your auto-renewal payment next time.

Ive done that and it said I am now a standard member......so Im none the wiser as to have I paid twice...am I a new member, did I get a discount?????

My previous freezers have been frost free but when I got this one it was the only one I liked and they didnt do it in frost free

Might get a new one soon as the fridge still thinks its a freezer from time to time

I had no problem changing my card last time, just after midnight it came up renew where it says upgrade, I clicked on that and was able to put new card details in...simples!!

Well it wasnt like that for me last year, the trouble I had......they gave me free membership in the end

And in that notice I posted it says you cant update card details on here so whats that all about then!

I dont know why they keep giving me credits Dea..........because I is special ;-)

I thought I was going to have problems as the card they had on record had not expired but the bank had stopped it due to freudelant use, but no it was ok something came up to put the new card details in I seem to remember when I clicked renew

Mine was on and still is on auto renew so maybe thats what the problem was?

I'll just have to check my bank account to check Ive only paid once!

I had the card problem last year --- but in April after taking it of auto renew -- then clicked upgrade - it asked for card details --

all went thru perfect ---


and I got the continuous discount thingy

Last day of school for Mr H tomorrow and then the parents and 3 sisters descend on Sat afternoon till boxing night when they go home with MR H in tow till Jan 10th when he returns for start of term on 11th.....MY BUFDY.....

I am not actually moving ... I want some personal items in UK with me in my other home

I fly back to UK on 20th January --- as I have medical treatment scheduled

I am suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder -- I have found it very difficult to accept that I have -- this :-(

------ but can openly talk about now -- as you can see -- I do not have any depression


- so I am very lucky in that respect --- and my brain will be "" put right "" with this new treatment

My renewal is due in January and usually goes through okay.



Have just been to Tesco's. Don't usually go at this time but thought we would avoid the crowds. It wasn't too bad at all but was filling up as we were leaving. Why do people have buy as if there is no tomorrow? They're open again on Monday.............it's beyond me. I wonder how much food actually gets wasted and thrown away.... :-|
