Well well.....

My boy is coming back here to live, while in his second year at uni. He and his girlfriend are parting ways :-(

He will be getting a new place with one his mates......who knows when!

He phoned me earlier to say, he'll be here either later tonight or sometime tomorrow. He has his key, so no worries

'Mom, if could please make a shepherd's pie, that would be soooo nice'

Awwwh - shame he has split up with his girlfriend but I am sure that you will be pleased to have him home again - hopefully not for too long though eh ? ;-) :-D :-D

Jonesey, I thought of you this morning as we went on our morning stroll. The only redeeming feature of impending autumn, is the changing of the colours. End of. ;-)

Lovely stroll by the canal but there were cyclists all over the place - it was like the Cyclists M6 :-S


I seem to have been ironing for England today......I don't mind but it was SO hot - phew!!

Meanwhile, I will sort out the bacon, eggs, sausage and mushrooms.


Just popping the bread into the toaster and getting the cereal out of the cupboard.


I'll slice some fresh bread for Dea so that she can have a lovely bacon sandwich.


Am running a bit late this morning and OH wants to go out as soon as the meds kick in.....~~~~~

Grandchildren - 1 at home (starts school on Friday !!) and 1 at school !!

Had my hair cut which was wonderful as I missed my last appointment :-( and then my hairdresser went away on holiday :-( :-( - but I look (and feel) 10 years younger now !!

I cannot make Liverpool ...but I am promised that we will arrange another ..for me

I have a friend visiting me ..who we have know or over 20 years ..I last say her in Spin 4 years ago ... Unfortunately she is a victim of brittle bones disease ...and recently was putting her telephone back in the cradle ..when over stretched and caught the arm of the sofa .. She broke two ribs ...

So she changed her dates.... We talked about her coming with me ..but it is a 6 hour train journey from Norwich and she felt 12 hours on trains within 48 hours was too much for her
I have never visited "pool" and was planning on a weeks stay ...
