I've been at doing mine on and off

Caught up with shed loads of paperwork and invoices, which is more important :-)

I can't find anything to fit me in my extensive wardrobe !!!

Everything is TOO big !!!

I might have to join you in oversized clothes on Saturday ! :-(

UNLESS - I can eat SO MUCH chocolate before then that I can get back up to a size 6 ?????????

I should be about back to normal ..................

we had a delightful visit yesterday and this morning with our friend form the Island.

there isn't anyone else visiting, THAT WE KNOW OF :-) , until daughter and grandson arrive on Sept 29 ........... and 2 other friends also arrive the next day to spend the night!



AND I got a phone call from the doc yesterday afternoon ............... I DO have a slight infection, which they ordinarily ignore "unless it is causing problems"

it is for me ............... so I'm on a 3 day (6 tablets) course of antibiotics.


Bloomin' HUGE tablets that I have to take morning and evening.



Dea .............. hope you find something to wear!!

Good morning and thank you for breakfast Sylvs. The porridge and a banana for me please. :-D


I went to see my Health Trainer yesterday and spotted something odd on her desk. It was rather like a screwed up bundle of yellowing bubblewrap with blobs of red on it.

When I asked her what it was, she grinned, handed it to me - it was quite heavy - and said "That's the equivalent of 1lb fat in your body' !!! :-0

All in all I have lost 1/2 lb......could do better!

Must go, just had a phone call to say a friend has collapsed....... :-0

Sadly not Dea. He collapsed and died suddenly. It was our usual 'visitor' and I have posted about it on the Christian thread.
