Yes thank you...Only woke up twice instead of 4/5 times.And got to sleep a lot easier instead of lying there trying to will myself to sleep for hours..!

Its amazing what a little pill can do init?Never tried em before,but a bit groggy in the morning,but Im always like that so makes no difference really.

Still leaves one feeling bad tempered though with disturbed nights sleep dont it...Well it does me..

You probably know this already Fans but, just in case, have you tried an extra pillow or two?

If the pain is what I think it is, it does help if you can prop yourself up a bit rather than lying flat.

It won't do any harm to try it anyway - it may just help until you get things properly sorted out.

Got a phone call from hospital this morning asking me to go for a EMG test as requested by my neuro, think she was surprised I had no idea what she was talking about as he did'nt mention it to me...oh well at least its another day out

Extra pillow then gives me probs with my neck..(carry over from bad accident in 1979)So I have to lie flat if I dont want to start that up ,which gives me headaches...I am on a no win situation here Ladies..So all suggestions gratefully received,but not of much help really...But thank you all the same..

Sorry you can't do the extra pillows Fans - it does help if you can prop yourself up almost to a sitting position but if you can't do that, I don't know what to suggest.

Who have we been helping all day Dea plus I was on the case up until 5ish this morning

Others have seen what she was saying to me last night which was totally out of order and when I started helping on the thread at about 2a.m I did'nt realise it was her until she pm'd me, but I thought ok do a good job and was glad the rest pitched in to give this site a good name.
