I've got sausages and cheese and pinapple on sticks they should be ok, all stuck into half a grapefruit covered in a piece of foil of course.

You can then use the sticks to get the bits out of your teeth

When you get to my age Dea the candles with the numbers are best,

When I was a waitress I hated it when people gave us a birthday cake to bring out at the end of a meal with 20 plus candles on.

I am going to have a 'big one' soon( OOppps - thought I had better edit - 'birthday' that is (tee hee) !!) and I don't think they will get all them candles on the cake so I think your idea is a good one !!

Talking about that, I was in a shop the other week and someone was asking for those candles with numbers - they wanted a 1, an 0 and a 3 !!

The person they were buying them for was going to be 103 !! - What an achievement ??? - I will not make it that far but live in hope that I might get to 90 ??
