All well here in Sunny Spain


Jax let others have the men ---- just save me Food ---- especially cake and sweet stuff


Weighed myself this morning -- am almost 11.00 stone !!!!!! --- unfortunately when I am stressed --------I eat and eat and eat ---------

The night before last -- Fri --- had two cheese and pickle sandwiches -- with thick butter on the bread --- with home made pickled onions


20 minutes before I went to bed ----

and I wonder why I am fat !!!!

You dont look big Renes are you really tall? I'm about 10st 3 and 5'7 I would prefer to be 9st 3 but unfortunatly lack of exercise is pileing it on.

Renes you not fat, you are just stressed. Stop beating yourself up.

I daren't stand on the scales or I'd break them. OH losing weight, I know where its going, on my bum. He sneaks in cakes and biscuits when I'm out at work and sometimes I'm good and throw them in the bin and other times, more often than not I'm afraid to admit, it starts with just one and before you know it, a whole packet of club biscuits has disappeared.

New resolve. Starts eating sensibly tomorrow. If OH can do it and Tracey then so can I.

Just had a call to say they want to get here at 11.30!!! thats middle of the night to me lol.

He is going to drop them off and go visit his mum because my parents want to see them and won't come round if he is here.

Then him and partner are coming back here for dinner later.

I think I will notice a difference in my younger daughter when I see her, think she has turned girlie from what I have seen of FB but the pics are so blurry I am not sure which one is her

My trouble is that I can't eat one and then eat the rest of the packet !!

I TRY my best but can't seem to get past 2 or 3 !!

I have just got my Christmas chocolates out of the cupboard and am trying to get rid of them before grandchildren coe agai next week (I don't like to give them chocolates because the 'wolf' them down, even though they really prefer fruit and veg !!)

Tips needed please on eating for the 5,000 ???
