One of my brothers dogs used to smile on command, and when she ws pleased to see you...Her name was Jay and she was a golden retriever...

HID and I had an American Bulldog a few years back called Jolene and she used to smile too,but it frightened the pants off people cos they thought she was baring her teefs of course...

Funny really cos in the doggie world it is a sign of "beware"but I guess they learn from humans..The intelligent ones anyway..

References to Glue...They make that from old knackered horses dont they?Or used to anyway ...Must have cos my grandad always told his Bessie that if she didnt shake a leg and get on quick sharp when working on the farm and he was in a hurry he was sending her to the glue factory...Well thats what dad told me anyway...

We had a smiling Dobermann.......frightened people something awful but the stump of his tail would be wagging madly....that really confused everyone!

He was a gorgeous dog......mind you, all our dogs were gorgeous.

The other smiler was a Yorkie........she was boss of the lot of 'em!

Anyway, night night one and all. Hope you enjoyed your day ja...x

Ooh - thanks for breakfast Sylvia.

Just a little worried in case any of this toothless lot have been sucking on anything - some of that toast looks a little soggy round the edges.

I am going to spend some time at work today but have an urgent request.

A patient of hours living on borrowed time would like to find the birth certificate of his father.
