Mo in Kent Report 18 Jan 2011 21:29

Hi ya Lady, good to see you. What have you been up to lately, anything exciting.
It's been the same ol same o here, apart from the new baby giving us a bit of excitement.
Sad aint we LOL

~Whippet Lady~ Report 18 Jan 2011 21:32

Nothing really exciting, went to Peterborough 10 days ago judging.

Mo in Kent Report 18 Jan 2011 21:36

That made a nice change for you though didn't it. Different area, but do the same people enter.
When I did the dancing competitions, the same people entered every time,
and the same ones won all the time. Really used to cheese me off, and the same thing is happening to my grandaughter now at the comps

Mo,

It's never the same on here two days running.

We all take it turns to be slightly daft.

Nearly the full moon again........then we go really loopy.

Nappy + Pooh ! I always managed to having something else to do at that point.

You do get some different ones, all depends on how far some are willing to travel & wether they think the judge might like their dog

Can I see this lovely wee bairn ?

PLEASE !

Mo in Kent Report 18 Jan 2011 21:50

Of course you can Stephen, but you will have to send me your addy.

Lady, we have always found, and I hate to say this, but it depends on where you live in this country, as to how you do in these comps.
In Blackpool, both myself and our grandaughter didn't fare very well, us being southerners. The same happened in Wales, the closest I ever got was a third, and the same with G.D

Stephen, our new grandaughter is going to have her mums maiden name
before her surname, as is tradition in Scotland.

~Whippet Lady~ Report 18 Jan 2011 22:04

Luckily there is no descrimination as to where you live as to how you do..some one from north can win in south & visa versa.

Must go as tired & been trying to get an early night for days...

Mo in Kent Report 18 Jan 2011 22:11

Yep Shelly, thats tradition in Scotland. I asked if they were going to give her any other christian names and they have said no, just Lilly then mums surname and our surname.

Stephen it's flying through the air as we speak.

Late night chuckle !

I have arrived at the age where, dropping a £10 note in the Collection Plate is not a contribution.

It's an Investment

Mo,

Bet you're chuffed to bits eh ?

The wee soul looks so much at peace.

May a Guiding Light be with her always.

Morning all, early morning coffee for everyone, just waiting for the chef to clock in and make breakfast.

(_)? (_)? (_)? (_)? (_)? (_)? (_)? (_)? (_)? (_)?

Mo, little Lilly is gorgeous, and by the expression on her face............... she knows it.

I bet you're all fighting to cuddle her. You'd have to get past me first if I was there.

Morning Pauline,

What you up so early for ? Thanks for the Coffee.

Porridge or Cereals, Poached Eggs or Scrambled, Bacon Rolls. Toast.

Overcast and dull. Mild.

Getting ready for another busy time at the office. I really should stop working but I do enjoy it and also many of my friends that stopped working have now departed this earthly life. Perhaps theres a message in that somewhere.

It's getting lighter gradually and that makes the journey more pleasant.

The snow has virtually gone totally from our local hills, still a good deal lying in the North facing gullys and hollows though. One of neighbours sheds collapsed with the weight of the snow that was on it. It was a large building but unforunately the roof timbers could not cope with the weight.

Keep safe. Keep warm. Keep smiling.

Hey Ho ! Off I go.

I'm always up early Stephen but most days I don't have time to come on here. Son isn't making any demands of me today, he seems quite happy to wait for me to do it in my own time.

Better not make him wait too long though, I'll log off now.

Edit: Anybody seen Dermot? Don't think he was on the boards yesterday.

Morning.

Very thick frost on all the cars this morning.

Back to the cold then for us down South.

Still very black out there.

Keep well and warm everyone.

See you later.
