Morning everyone, can't sleep, too hot, even though I have had the fan on most of the night.
Wasn't around much yesterday as I had my 4 month old Grandaughter from Friday until 6 last night, how can one baby take up so much time?

Morning everyone
Jean you were up early I hadn't long gone to bed then.

I will still be around Rita , no holidays booked for me yet. Mainly with the wedding, cousin from Canada and being away with her. Now we can't plan for September as OH doesn't know if he will be called for the Jury Service and if so how long for.

We have a wedding to look forward to in September. Our daughter's bridesmaid is getting married on a Sunday and we are invited to the evening reception. Which outfit should I wear do you think.? I do have a couple of nice ones that I have worn before, one only once and nobody has seen that that will be there, even my daughter though she was with me when I bought it.

Off to water the pots, though hubby has said that it is starting to rain and a bit overcast after he took the dog for a walk.

Off to a wedding again I suppose your family are in the right group for weddings. childrens and their friends. I would wear what I felt comfortable in. who cares if you have worn it before. so long as you fell good in it.

Did'nt you just come back from a holiday. ? one of my many gran ddaughters is getting married in September but it is next year (I think ?) she is living in Dorset so I will be looking for a dress and hat then.

Before I forget their is a repeat of "The Heir Hunters" starting on Monday on BBC 1 at 915 incase anyone is interested.

Linda, Rita's right, try all your new outfits on and pick the one you feel the best in - doesn't matter if it's been seen before, even the queen wears things twice.

Rita, sounds as if something might be done about those kids, hopefully their parents will take notice and tell them to play somewhere else.

It was so hot last night I did not get to sleep till 4 o'clock and that was after I had taken one of the sleeping pills the doctor gave me last Monday.
it was not all the heat that kept me awake the problem family had a party that was fine but it went on till 2 in the morning, they were shouting and slamming doors a couple of the girls were screaming with laughter.
This is the second Party they have had in four weeks.

The sky is grey now I wonder if we will get any rain. ?
The man upstairs his nephew came to see him a little while ago and gave me a marrow and a cauliflower off his alloment,

Hi all.
Another lovely day here in Dymchurch,very hot,but a lovely breeze coming of the sea.
The hotel has a stream at the back of it,and the gardens go right down to the waters edge.
There are ducks and baby ducklings, that swim in the stream. And they waddle up the patio, to the doors of the dining room. They are so sweet.
It's very quiet here, with not much to do,apart from sitting on the beach,or down by the stream.
I can't wait to get home tommorrow,I am used to doing more than sitting on my bum all day.
It's nice to get away, but wonderful to get back home. Even though there is always the dreaded unpacking and washing to be done.
So bye for now girls,speak to you tommorrow from home.

I have been looking out of my window in my front room watching three squirrels I have been in fits of laughter they are rolling about on the grass climbing the trees swinging on the bird nets taking the seed out them back to the water. I think they have come to life they are only little baby ones
but they are playing about like children in a park. They are full of pranks.

Morning Jean and all others when you rise

Still warm here but overcast.
Have the men coming today to do the trees. So think it might be drinks duty. Hoping it is done in one day, but think it might be longer. Have moved all the pots from the borders onto the patio, hopefully out of harms way.
Forecast today for the SE corner is only 22C. Looks like some chance of rain too.

Hubby's last day at work then he will be off for 3 days, nothing planned as yet.

Linda hope the tree doctor manages to get the wrok done quickly I use to hate it when they had to come to me when I lived in Norfolk. the noise of the trees being sawn down and the constant shutting of windows I use to feel wore out at the end of the job. I had three big Holly Bushes among them and that was a terrible job for the men. everyone near me use to have holly at Christmas free. even the grocer asked me for some it grew so fast.
Jean another day as they say to do everything that needs to be done and often we feel too tired to do it. it is so heavy this morning no blue sky just a murky grey.

I'm off to the dreaded dentist this morning, I ate Pork Crackling last week and out it came ........but so enjoyed it ...LOL

Got grand daughter again........she's playing the key board, I might pull the plug in a minuet !!

I finished my washing and got it all dry.
Then I went into town and got my hair cut. shampooed and blow dried.
I made my way to the bank and passed a shop that had CHRISTMAS CARDS ON SALE AND WRAPPING PAPER IN THEIR SALE.
will Christmas be earlier this year and no one has told me ?

I then went into the bank and there cash machine had broken down

I made my way home pleased to be back out of breath as well.
I am going to have an easy afternoon.
Shelly looks as if we will get rain before the day is out it is trying but that is all at the moment.
Dont forget WDYTYA is on later to night on BBC1 it is the American one.

Hi everybody, I've just come in, been out since early this morning. My uncle died over the weekend so I've been to see my aunt.

Rita now that you've got your hair done - you need to go somewhere to show it off.

Marilyn, how did it go at the dentist, have you got it sorted now?

We've got a few holly bushes Rita but they aren't very old, the tallest one is only about 5 foot.

Hope the trees get cut back without a problem Linda, it's always a worry that they might fall the wrong way.

I'm a bit late for the coffee Jean, it's cold now, so I'll make a fresh one.
