Fillet of beef in brandy sauce, with saute potatoes, mixed grilled veg, mushrooms in garlic wine and stuffed tomatoes.

Sweet

Fresh fruit salad in herbed cream.

and a lovely Gaelic Coffee to finish made from the finest Islay malt.

My choice of wine is a nice dry white and a lovely Rose'.
