I have a feeling you will be glad that its Friday ;-)

Today is housework day and really have to get the ironing done :-(

Would also like to get all my summer stuff packed away as it doesn't look like we will get away for another holiday. Too much going on as you know.

I plan to have a quiet weekend I hope ;-)

Linds - you are SO right !! - I AM pleased that it is Friday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grandchildren have just been collected and I feel like I need a long holiday now ;-)

They arrive at sillly 0'clock in the morning - we are not exactly 'up and at 'em' when they bounce in full of energy and they are here for around 10 hours !!!

This week we had them on Monday and Thursday as usual and we drew the short straw for Friday as well (we do alternate Fridays and it was our turn). They are also off on Monday (Teachers day) so we have them again then :-0 :-0 :-0

So glad they are then back to school :-D

We are quite worn out, even though we love them to bits !

I hope DIL has something arranged for over Christmas as her parents are going away in early December until the end of January so that will be 7 or 8 weeks of 5 days per week which we are really not up to....................... :-(

I know she will arrange something to give us a break here and there but it will still be hard work.

Off now to put my feet up - I hope I can stay awake until 7pm to relax with another 'gripping' episode of The Archers :-D

DIL needs to do something for those months.

5 days a week for that length of time is too much.

Much as I love the girls I couldn't cope with them everyday for more than a few weeks

Thank goodness DIL only works 3 days

Fred was just about to drop orrff again !!

I had a lovely lie in this morning and then stayed in my jimmy jams until about 9.30 :-0 :-0 :-0

Then I did all my shopping and aqrrived back just in tim to enjoy some of that lovely quiche ! <3 <3 - Thank you Linds <3 <3

I have been working on that 'fat finger' and have now come across a further move forward from the half finger dressing to the little surgical mesh covered with thin tape over just the end ........................ OH JOY !!!!!

Going orf now to start on all those painful exercises............................

Friend came for coffee when she left I made soup chicken with rice and veg

Did a baked gammon joint with potatoes and veg

Gang all here and just finished eating

P and F went to Costco today and I now have to find room in the freezer for the stuff they got for me

They did bring a tray of HUGE cupcakes for dessert

JB nearly had a breakdown!

I phoned him to say I had used his amazon account (I don't have one) and have ordered rather a lot of clothes :-D

I've ordered a lot because half of them will go back no doubt

I creased up when I could hear his co-workers laughing in the office!!!!!!!!!

Gins I have spent all day clearing out my bedroom and still not finished.

Not got a lot to do tomorrow but cleared a lot of clutter and got all my summer stuff into loft as I don't think I will need it any time soon ;-)
