Had a good day until I got on the parkway on the way home

I was in the outside lane doing speed limit (60) the car inside doing about 50 just pulled out, I wouldn't mind but I was almost half way past it

Slammed breaks on, everything on the passenger seat hit the floor, the driver was oblivious, she could have killed the both of us :-|

Dea

Dea Report 11 Mar 2015 19:50

Ohh dear Ginns - you should have reported her !!!!

Glad you are O.K. though !!

Gins glad you are ok stupid woman.

The girls were fun today we took them out to buy more dress up clothes as F snow White is getting small couldn't find another one so she picked a Tinkerbelle costume :-)

O lost one of her new clasps, she was convinced it was in the toy box.
After they left I emptied it completely and matched up all the toys.

Result? One tidy toy box no clasp :-D

After dinner I put my hand between the cushions on the sofa -- yep one clasp :-D

I suppose the toy box is organised lol

Gee

Gee Report 12 Mar 2015 08:22

The toy box wont stay like for long!

Mornin~~~~~~~~~

Tortilla, crisp green salad and warm fresh bread

Yum :-)

Dea Report 12 Mar 2015 08:41

What are you doing here Ginns ? :-S

I was going to do you some breakfast ealier but it was 7.15 and I thought I was too late for you so didn't bother :-S

Anyway, I am glad now that I didn't as you know how I just LOVE tortilla ;-) - Thank you :-D :-D :-D

Go on then Linds, let me into the secret..................

I have tried googling but I still haven't solved the mystery :-(

What on earth is a 'clasp'?

Here in England it usually refers to some sort of 'fastener', perhaps on a purse or a handbag or even on a necklace or bracelet but it obviously has a different meaning 'up there' ?

P.S. - I don't know how you manage with one toy box - Our dining room has been taken over - we have about 8 large storage boxes piled 4 high on either side of the display sideboard, all overflowing with toys.

The sideboard itself has all the bottom cupboards filled with their games and the lower shelf is full of their books and bits and bobs.

There is an easel with blackboard, whiteboard and paper roll for drawing and painting, a small chair with dolls sitting on it and an electric keyboard on a stand, and there are still things on top of the boxes which won't fit inside :-( :-( :-(

It's a good job I have a reasonably sized dining room as we actually use it as such every day but I really must have a sort out myself one day ;-) :-D :-D

Dea,

A clasp is a hair grip you know like a bobble cant think how to explain it.

If you still don't know what I mean I will send you a photo :-)
