Gins

He started yesterday and it needed another coat today :-)

I got him a card that has a badge that says "The Boss"

The instructions inside tell him he has to return it to me tomorrow ;-)

I can now sit back a chill

I have my curry (paneer, potato & peppers) simmering away.

It's the first time I've used 'Ghee' instead of olive oil

Naughty ;-)

Ghee is nice but paneer can be very 'icky !!!

Help needed on the spicies here !!! and a little extra texture to mix.

Dea

I fried the peppers, onions and spices in Ghee

Then, blended toms, with an onion and added to the pan

Hour later, added paneer and pre-cooked (half cooked) baby spuds

Just added a touch of double cream

Rice is on.....nan cooking

Edit: Don't over cook paneer!

Dea

Dea Report 6 Jun 2015 19:14

Gee

Gee Report 6 Jun 2015 22:24

yesterday one of the 'gang had a brain haemorrhage

Gee

Gee Report 7 Jun 2015 12:59

Our friend is bleeding on the brain but the doc has said that is normal after surgery.

She is in ICU and being monitored very closely as she also has fluid on the brain which causes a risk of infection, that could be fatal

The good news is the doc said 'we are optimistically hopeful of a full recovery'

<3

Dea, the curry was just like a takeout, I guess the ghee made all the difference.

More left for tonight!

I have been awol as my lovely GD shared her cold with me and I cant stop coughing. I have no energy and just want to sleep

OH didn't use the badge he kept his best grampa one on.

It was funny cos P and F came and they had bought the exact same card only it said Dad instead of husband. :-D :-D

Hall has had two coats and I think it is still patchy OH is spitting his dummy out of the pram

I told him he needs to give it another coat or I will get painter to do it .

We will see what happens.

I told him to leave it to the painter

Men never listen do they :-|
