	Actually its a bit parky standing here with your best bits blowing in the breeze so I think that I will have another go at restoring my image.

	Morning all, hope that you are well...freezing here today, waiting for the sun to appear. I have a load of old photo's and invoices that I got eyars ago from a clearance auction, that I thought I'd try and trace if there is any family left I can pass them on to. It looks as though some of the family came from Bromley, Kent which I was hoping was a quiet little town, only to google it and find out it is part of London, so I guess it will make it a bit more difficult!

	I felt sorry for a neighbour... she had just moved in next door to me (it is what they call a housing corp house owned by the state) and the place was damp so I lent her my dehumidifier... and after quite some time I asked for it back.. she said yes she would clean it and send it over, then one of the kids spilt something on it then she said it was down country with her brother who was fixing it... I said to himself I reckon she has either sold it or pawned it.. so he went over and said " It has been suggested to us that you may have pawned it" oooh no I wouldn't do that..... two days later a letter of apology from her ... yes she had pawned it... didn't pawn her TV or any of her stuff just my dehumidifier... she paid us back via Presbyterian services at $20 a week. They overpaid me and boy was she around pronto to get that back. Needless to say she went .. felt sorry for her two young lads but I will say this she wasn't half as bad as the people before her. So now I am reluctant to lend or even give anything to anyone with a hard luck story... it goes to the Red Cross or the Sallies and I let them figure it out. We have nice neighbours now. :-) P xx

	grey, chilly, but dry day We've only had about 0.2 mm rain from Dec 1 - 12 .......... normal average is 70-75 mm ooops the reservoirs will be down!

	I have another appointment with the special physio ......... in 4 weeks time, on Jan 17 as a check-up, to make sure things are going OK. AND for a massage from her :-D s xx

	Gins sorry to hear you might have whooping cough Many of these "old" diseases are occurring over here Main reason ...... the people who have refused to have their children vaccinated There's the religious fanatics ........... particularly a certain group of Protestant-type who come from Holland. but then there are the educated middle- and upper-class (for lack of better words) whites who "have seriously discussed and investigated" and have decided that "their" child does not need vaccination "because the disease(s) is so rare that the possible side effects outweigh the benefits". s xx

	meant to say Persie glad to hear that all went well with your daughter. xxxx I was only in one night after the mastectomy .......... and that was only because they took the Sentinel node out. If they had not done that, then I would have been sent home in late afternoon, after an operation that started about 8:15 am. s xxx
