	a light breakfast today :-D broiled grapefruit with brown sugar French (eggy) toast, maple syrup, Golden syrup Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free), hot cinnamon rolls, cheddar chive rolls, brie, onion and red pepper focaccia jams, jellies Tea, coffee, juices (some bacon, turkey sausage or sausage patties, eggs, tomatoes, in the hidey place to cook up for the very hungry ones!) s xx

	Thanks Sylvs..........haven't had grapefruit for ages...... :-D Should be at hospital desk but OH's meds haven't kicked in yet :-( I'll go later maybe but parking there is a nightmare if you leave it too late. Wow......what gales we are having and the rain has been pouring down.

	Blacker than Hell outside, the wind is howling and the rain is lashing the windows. I think that today might be an ideal day to spend time on the computer.
	Researching: Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

	Weather the same here Jonesey.....nasty but nice to be in the warm Sylv, they got the moose from 'Lidle' of all places, apparently they stock lots of different dead animals

	Made it to the hospital but then queued for 30 mins for a car parking space.......this was not helped by the fact that some cheeky drivers drove up the exit lane and whipped into vacant spaces. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Gins.....what a good job you don't live near an abbatoir... :-D I can remember - and others will too - rabbits, pheasants and turkeys hanging in the butcher's shop. We never turned a 'hare' hahahahahaha :-D :-D :-D :-D

	You still remembered my 'eggy bread' Sylvia - thank you! - it was luvverly!!!! <3 Has anyone felt Dea's forehead to see if she has a temperature? She was VERY restrained this morning at breakfast!??? :-D

	I was never put through the agony of seeing dead animals swinging by their wots its.... Cyns you shouldnt let em push in like that....its so rude, who do they think they are :-P Lains and eggy bread..........tis nice though It felt almost like a normal day today, at last....cant wait to take the tree down and get back to normal

	Yoo hooing back ~~~~~~ Gins, I think hanging by their 'necks' is the word you were looking for. I can't remember being in pain never mind agony. :-P I did challenge the chap in the car park actually. He retorted with the illuminating fact that his 'missus has just had a baby'!! And....???? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

	well all the animals and birds I saw hanging in butchers shops were hanging by their FEET s xx
