Now, you know that it took me over 18 months to climb back up to 7 stone Ginns - I am almost 7 1/2 stone now and keeping almost constant !!!

We had a 'right' treat last night for dinner.....veg burger.....with a cheese slice!

JB had two, I had one and son had two with chips!

Today I have eaten toms on toast and am cooking veg bangers, mash (no butter) and garden peas

I am sorry but I cannot do mash without butter !!!

I did cheesy mash today with home baked ham and vegetables etc!

At least 4 oz of buter and about 6 oz of cheese - lots of black pepper - delight !!!
