I certainly did LK but I think that was the problem - they obviously made it much heavier and it seems to have 'knocked her out' ??? :-(

Oh well, I am sure she will wake up soon :-D

It HAS been hard work hasn't it?

I sent 2 emails to Estelle who has eventually admitted that the fault is GRs but they hope to get it sorted soon. Trouble is, they keep saying that.

Off to wash the dishes.

Dea

Dea Report 6 Mar 2012 07:45

Good morning Sylvia.

Lovely breakfast !! <3

I do hope Trace was O.K. down there overnight. - I am just lowering down a breakfast tray for her (I have attached some rope to the handles so it should go down 'gently' this time ;-) :-D)

I also put another torch on there which I switched on ready so that she would see it when it arrives. - Hope she will be up soon :-)

See you all later,

OH is feeling a lot better this morning.

Grand daughter has woken up with chicken pox. :-(

Gee

Gee Report 6 Mar 2012 09:29

Chicken pox....................I remember having that and sitting on the stairs, rubbing my back up and down the carpet.............ewee...poor thing

I had to sign in again, but got in first time.................fingers crossed

Dea

Dea Report 6 Mar 2012 09:46

I didn't have the key LK - I lowered the tray down through the hole she made in the floorboards when she fell through!!!

Hope grand-daughter doesn't have it too bad - grandson had chickenpox a year or so ago when he was just under 2. He lost SO much weight.

He was VERY brave, as he always is, but he had the spots all over his tongue and inside his mouth so he couldn't eat anything and was absolutely starving.

I remember warming him some rice pudding and offering him a spoonful - his little mouth dived at it but when he got to the second one he started whimpering and had to give up. Poor little thing, he was :-(

Still - all better now ! Hopefully it won't last too long with your grand-daughter.

Hey guys!

I'm awake and ..... More importantly, alive!!!

Guess what???? I found a secret ally way to Chris's Fred, so I got some fresh air from there.

Thanks for the breakfast Dea, I own 2 torches now!

If you lot are all full of the 'pox, is it safe to come up?? :-D

..... I remember when I had the 'pox I was about 8 and my nan came to see me. My mother made me write a thank you letter, but I had a massive poc on my chest and it kept catching on the table as I wrote..... Still got the scar now :-\

Soooooo, who's got some ladders???? :-D :-D
