That is an excellent weight loss Ginny ---- very well done

I have finally shifted another kilo -- it hung around abit -- came and went -- then suddenly was gone

now working on the next one

I have lost about 5 kilos but had hoped for so much more --- I am waiting to go under 11st --- then on back to my normal lifelong weight of under 10 stone

Cannot believe how the weight piled on after quitting the weed ----Medico says it takes about a year for metabolism to -- cannot remember the term she used but it meant --- revert

Have had all the Xray s now following the pneumonia, as I had a large shadow that was thought to be the pneumonia, and the good news is - it was and I quote -- " Your Lungs are perfectly normal" -- so v. good news

Dea what was you doing wondering about alone on the other side --- you dont go over there alone again please -------

:-D

Gee

Gee Report 10 Mar 2012 21:36

Im glad to hear that Renes, I always knew you were normal, despite what the others say ;-)

We're doing OK with the weight loss arent we. JB has lost a lot, about 1.10st....I dont want him any thinner, hes now slim, but still has his old rugby days body :-D

Sylvia,

Here in the UK we will regain the hour that we have just lost to you in 2 weeks time (25/3) when Greenwich Mean Time is once again replaced by British Summer Time.

I usually stir from my slumber between 5:00 and 5:30am GMT so I will welcome the extra hours sleep. :-D

Ah ....... I wondered if you changed clocks at the end of March.

I am about to go to bed, but am wondering whether it is 11:50 pm as my watch and the computer say, or 12:50 am as all the clocks say (OH went round earlier and changed them!)

My time of rising is later than yours ........... I seem to naturally wake sometime between 7:30 and 8:30 am. But I don't go to bed until around midnight.
